Discussion document
The Homecare Re-ablement work seeks to improve choice and quality of life for adults who need care. Through the use of timely and focused intensive 
interventions, it will maximise long-term independence by appropriately minimising ongoing support required thereby minimising the whole life cost of care.
CSED has published a discussion document, with executive summary, which can be supplied to councils to assist them in achieving the goals mentioned above. The documents cite case studies and these are also available. Links to the main and referenced documents will be provided to councils by e-mail upon request.
